Our team represented an employee before the Rights Commissioner in respect of breaches of the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts 1973 - 2005, Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 and Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994.  An award was made in the employee's favour by the Rights Commissioner and was accepted by both parties.
