Following two days of hearing before the EAT in a constructive dismissal case, an award was made by the EAT in favor of our client.  The Litigation team acted on behalf of an employee who was subjected to a campaign of bullying and discrimination on racial grounds.  Despite numerous requests, the employer failed to properly investigate the complaint leaving the employee no choice but to resign and claim constructive dismissal.
