In November 2010, the team represented an employer in a claim being brought by the employee.  The employee alleged that he had an agreement which guaranteed him increases in his yearly wage package.  The employer disputed that there was any such agreement.  The High Court agreed with the employer and the employee's claim was dismissed with an award of costs in favour of our client, the employer.
