In February 2010, the team acted on behalf of a client who, while walking at the Lough, in Cork City was caused to fall due to the uneven surface of a pathway.  As a result of this fall, our client fractured his left humerus.  We brought a claim through the Injuries Board as against Cork City Council.  The Injuries Board made an assessment of €75,000 in favour of our client which was accepted by both parties.
