There are few things more precious in this life than the provision of education. Your education must and should be provided in an appropriate manner. Education provided in this country is by and large provided to an acceptable if not high level. However our experience has shown us that where problems do exist, that these problems can be significant. Given the widely accepted and much ’touted’ high level of education provided in this country, challenging that provision can be daunting. Even considering challenging it, can be daunting.

Ernest Cantillon has himself pioneered the law in the area of education with many ground breaking cases such as the Paul O Donoghue case, the Sinnott case and more recently the O Cuanachain case (currently under vigorous appeal to the Supreme Court).
