Advisors to Gardaí Síochana
If you, as a Member of An Garda Siochana, suffered injuries during the course of your duties, you may be entitled to bring a claim for compensation. We, at Ernest J Cantillon & Co., have a department dedicated to advising members of An Garda Siochana who are injured during the course of their duties. We have many years experience of processing such claims and can guide you. If you are injured during the course of your duties you should contact us immediately. In the first instance we suggest you contact our Anne Wallace whose details are set out below. You should note that there are time limits that apply to the bringing of claims under the legislation. Generally speaking a claim must be lodged within three months. The Minister has discretion to grant an extension of time. It is better, however, to get the application in within time and we can assist in its preparation.
