JUDICIAL REVIEW
At Ernest J. Cantillon & Co., our administrative law team will work with you in establishing what options are available to you if a body has made a decision which adversely affects you, your property or your business. To judicially review a decision is to initiate legal proceedings which ask the Courts to review the law applicable to a decision which has adversely affected you. It may declare the decision null & void if the manner in which the decision was made falls outside the remit of the statute/legal framework. We ask the right questions and we give clear & thoughtful advice as to whether a case should be pursued in the courts or with another relevant tribunal.
