In November 2010, the team settled a claim that had been brought for an employee against his employer. The employee had worked under stressful conditions and suffered from stress. He was thereafter suspended. The employee ultimately left and claimed that he was in effect constructively dismissed. Our team brought a claim for the stress induced illness and the unfair dismissal and the claim settled for a significant sum in November 2010.
